September29th Podcast goes CRIBS

Posted by september29th on Aug 11 2009 | Podcasts

It’s been a long while since we put together a video podcast. I think we may have a few more in the works in the near future.  A lot has been going on with the move, the new job, the new house…  the podcast is mostly about the new house.  And the new pets.

You can check it out online by streaming it by just hitting the podcast button at the top of the page.

You can subscribe to the show in a number of ways… the easiest I’m told is iTunes.

Mexican ICE Skate Program

Posted by september29th on Aug 10 2009 | Life

Had the pleasure of going on a little road trip last weekend.  My first road trip since February of this year.  More importantly it was the first road trip that both Fin and I have ever done together.  It was everything that I hoped it would be and a little more.

Chivo was kind enough to open his doors for us for the weekend.  I really should have made it out to College Station sooner seeing how Chivo comes down all the time to visit.  While there we got to meet some of his friends/c0-workers.

The highlight of the weekend was getting to visit H-Town.  We got up early and drove down to Rice Village then hit up the Galleria for some Ice Skating.  We didn’t get to visit museums and that’s a little regrettable, but its a 3 hour drive from here and I’m sure we’ll visit Chivo again in the near future.

Here’s some photo’s of the Mexican Ice Program.

On the 9th day Man Created : Cable TV

Posted by september29th on Aug 10 2009 | Life

I can truly say that I’ve never had any true work related perks until I started working for Time Warner. Part of the gig is getting courtesy cable/internet.   Every channel we offer under the sun gets pumped into the house – free of charge.

After going 4 months without internets or cable – I got around to reading lots of books, finishing a lot of video games I owned I watched all the DVD’s I owned.  I think I may have watched 60% of the available movies at Red Box and I became Netflix worst nightmare.

I’m officially back in the blogging bizness.
